Are you a hands-on procurement professional looking for an opportunity to own the end-to-end tendering process across diverse categories? A purpose-led organisation is seeking a Procurement Specialist on a 12-month contract to manage procurement activities while shaping future sourcing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end RFx processes across IT/software, professional services, and property-related spend.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are compliant, efficient, and aligned with policy.
  • Provide procurement expertise to guide the business, support tender evaluation, and ensure timely delivery of sourcing outcomes.
  • Support initiatives to enhance contract management and procurement processes across the organisation.
About You:
  • 3–5 years procurement experience, ideally with hands-on tender management.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tenders independently in a standalone procurement role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with IT/digital procurement is a plus, but expertise in procurement processes is paramount.
