About the role 
My client is seeking a friendly and professional Product Administration Assistant to join their supportive and stable team environment. The ideal individual will have excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible. You will be creative, articulate in your communication, show sound judgement and discretion and used to a busy and ever-changing environment. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will liaise with internal departments, international stakeholders, as well as clients to establish effective working processes and relationships to deliver product and administration deadlines as required. This full-time position requires a dedicated, hands-on, diligent and proactive individual.
  
Responsibilities
  
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • General administrative duties in relation to the product data management system
  • Playing a proactive role in supporting the Product team
  • Product sourcing and developing new products
  • Briefing design team on new trends and potential leads
  • Assist designer with all product registration/ packaging and quality compliance
  • Set up of new products and preparation of costings in CRM
  • Managing product updates/approvals and sample ordering
  • Speedy resolution of product related quality issues and facilitate communication
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating with international clients
  
  
Skills / Experience
  • Exceptional administration skills
  • Previous experience in an office support role
  • Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
  • Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
  • Strong organisational skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
