Our client is a leader across volume, custom & medium density building in Metro & regoinal VIC. A position has become available to manage the product development team within VIC & regoinal NSW. 

The Role 

• Manage the product development process in the release of new product to the business 
• Set & maintain standard for product development staff and external resources including process, procedures and KPI's
• Implementation of product development processes & coordination of display home development 
• Monitor & manage workflow 
• Assist with special projects within business

About you

• Experience in a similar role with residential industry 
• High level of management & communication skills 
• Ability to motivate & inspire team members
• Strong work ethic & ability to prioritise
