You will be expected to:
- Deliver brilliant customer experiences to customers
- Lead innovation to identify new product opportunities and optimise existing products
- Develop product roadmaps that ensure maximum value to customers and the business
- Work with delivery teams as a Product Owner, developing design concepts and defining MVP scope
- Lifecycle management of in-market products ensuring ongoing value creation, including leading GTM activities to launch and grow the product portfolio
- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholder groups across Design, Marketing, Risk & Trading, Operations and Product Delivery
- Undertake market and competitor analysis, continuously assessing product strengths and weaknesses to inform strategic direction
You will have:
- 3-5+ years experience in a Product Management role
- Product development leveraging the product management lifecycle framework
- Worked with delivery teams that use Agile methodologies
- Experience with establishing and communicating strategy and roadmaps, driving commercial negotiations, managing commercial partners, performance analysis and leading complex projects
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Aptitude for translating customer problems into opportunities
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder skills
