This group are a dynamic High end residential builder who deliver a diverse range of projects ranging from $2 - $20 million. They have been operating for over 5 years and are known for their ability to deliver complex projects. They have multiple landmark projects and need a Project Coordinator to join the company. 

Reporting to a and Construction Manager you will be responsible for

• Direct contact for clients 
• Assist in management of site staff and sub-contractors 
• Preparing and presenting monthly cost reports. 
• Assisting with on-site project coordination

This role will suit someone that has 2 - 4 years Project Coordinator experience at a residential builder. You will receive strong training and development from senior staff at the company.
