This Builder  Developer is a very well known company that are completing a project in the south eastern suburbs, they specialize Aged Care projects ranging between $50 million - $250 million. They have currently have 6 live projects on and a 5 year pipeline of work which will provide a lot of opportunity to grow within the business to develop your career. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
• Design Management & Coordination (structure and façade)
• Program Management
• Quality Management & Defects
• Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
• Trade Letting Packages

To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked for a Residential or Commercial builders for 1-5 years. You must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work in a high pressured environment and support the site delivery and administration team on the project.
