This role will partner closely with executive leadership to assess current business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive transformational change across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives from planning through to delivery
- Review and optimise operating models to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and drive cost-out strategies and business improvement initiatives
- Partner with C-suite executives and senior leaders to define and deliver transformation outcomes
- Manage complex stakeholder groups and build alignment across the business
- Establish governance, reporting, and program delivery frameworks
- Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation programs
- Strong background delivering operating model reviews and cost optimisation initiatives
- Experience developing business cases and quantifying transformation benefits
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on program leadership
- Approachable, collaborative, and highly effective in navigating complex organisations
