A global property agency with an established project management division that specialises in development advisory, design and delivery. Operating as an all-encompassing business providing advisory, cost & project management and construction services for clients in the public and private sector. Known for their value-enhancing solutions, our client is in the market to add to their Project Management team to work across Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Retail developments.

Your role:

An experienced Senior Project Manager with exceptional understanding of end to end construction phases of large vertical build projects in at least one of either Commercial, Health, Industrial or Education.

Key tasks:

• Strategic oversight on multiple projects at various stages of development
• Responsible for client-side deliverables, programs, risk assessments, method statements and financial management
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and consultants
• Ensure effective communication and management of project variations

Ideal candidate:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience preferably within a consultancy environment but open to experience from a client side business or main contractor
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of project managers and mentoring junior staff
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent commercial & financial oversight
• Relevant degree or qualifications advantageous
• Experienced in delivering projects from foundation to finish
