Our client specialises in commercial and apartment projects and has recently won a boutique townhouse project and a three level, 15 apartment project. They are looking for a Project Manager that can manage both these projects. 

Reporting to a Director you will be responsible for 

• Managing the construction program. 
• Design and consultant management
• Monthly cost reports to client and director of company. 
• Manage two project team,s consisting of site staff and contract administrator's.
