About the role & responsibilities: 

• Manage all design and delivery components to a $25m aged care project 
• Key person for stakeholder engagement
• Across all key project financials with the assistance of a contract administrator
• Negotiate accordingly with suppliers, sub-contractors


Your Background and skillset:

• Extensive project management experience in the commercial sector
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills to motivate and achieve desired outcomes
• Excellent time management skills & financial acumen.
