About the Role:
-    Oversee the project team on 2 child care projects
-    Ably assisted by contract administrators, site managers and guidance from Directors
-    Oversee budgeting, forecasting and other project financials
-    Engage with stakeholders, ensuring relationships are strong

Your Background:
-    Experience in commercial new build construction for 5+ years
-    Project Management experience on commercial projects
-    Communicate effectively with Sub Contractors, colleagues and Clients
-    Able to manage budgets and drive programme.
-    Willing to look at promoting Contract administrators into the role
