This group are a well known Tier 3 new build commercial builder that has been in operation for over 30 years. They predominately deliver schools, community centers, health/age care, council projects and government projects up to $40 mil. They have recently been awarded two new projects and need a Project Manager to join the group.
About the Role
Reporting to a Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing two projects and be responsible for the following
- Management of construction program.
- Management of client and PCG meetings.
- Prepare monthly financial cost reports to the Directors.
- Design Management and consultant management.
- Management of project team consisting of site staff and contract administrator's.
You will ideally have worked on new build projects previously and be in a Project Manager or Contract Administrator role. It is essential that you can demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful projects and be able to manage clients effectively throughout the life cycle of projects.
