This group are a townhouse builder/developer who deliver a diverse range of projects across high end residential, multi unit developments & medium density. They have been operating for over 10 years and are known for their ability to deliver complex projects. They have multiple landmark projects and need a Project Manager to join the company.
Reporting to a and Construction Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing the construction program.
Management of project budget and reporting back monthly to Directors.
Management of projects teams - which consists of Site Manager's, Foreman, Contract Administrator's and Leading Hands.
Management of clients and consultants and presenting at PCG meetings.
This role will suit someone working in a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator or Project Manager in the residential or commercial space. You will receive strong training and development from senior staff at the company. Ideally they are looking for someone who is looking to progress into project management.
