A leading Queensland enterprise is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major multi-year transformation program delivering critical enterprise technology capability. This is an opportunity to join a high performing delivery function working across a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives, with strong long term pipeline beyond the initial project.
 
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a capable and pragmatic Project Manager to lead a key piece of work focused on uplift of environment and release management capability within a complex enterprise technology landscape.
 
The organisation is transitioning from a legacy single-application environment to a modern multi-SaaS ecosystem, and this role will play a critical part in establishing scalable delivery patterns, frameworks and operating practices to support future enterprise-wide implementation.
 
This is a highly visible project on the critical path of a broader transformation roadmap, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, structured delivery management and the ability to simplify technical complexity for business audiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of a strategic technology capability uplift initiative
• Drive project planning, governance, scheduling, risks, dependencies and reporting
• Coordinate across business, technology, architecture, delivery and vendor stakeholders
• Support development of scalable frameworks and delivery practices for enterprise release and deployment capability
• Manage proof-of-concept activities and readiness planning
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear executive and business-facing communication
• Provide confidence and visibility to senior leadership on progress, risks and delivery outcomes

About You:
You'll be a strong Project Manager first and foremost, with excellent structure, stakeholder management and delivery discipline.
We're particularly interested in people who bring:

• Demonstrated Project Management experience delivering complex technology or transformation initiatives
• Experience working across enterprise application, platform or integration delivery environments
• Strong planning, governance and cross-functional coordination capability
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced delivery environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience contributing to capability uplift, operating model change or delivery practice improvement highly regarded

While not essential, exposure to any of the below would be advantageous:

• Environment Management / Release Management delivery
• SaaS ecosystem or enterprise platform transformation programs
• Enterprise integration or multi-system implementation environments
• Vendor and procurement engagement
