This group are a dynamic High end residential builder who deliver a diverse range of projects across high end residential, multi unit developments & apartments. They have been operating for over 10 years and are known for their ability to deliver complex projects. They have multiple landmark projects and need 2 Project Managers to join the company. 

Ideal Candidate 

• Contract Admin or Project Coordination background 
• Experience delivering high end res/semi commercial projects 
• Relevent tertiary education 
• Strong communication skills, detailed client reporting skills 
• Procurement skillset is a must

This role will suit someone that has 2 - 4 years CA or PM experience at a commercial or residential builder. You will receive strong training and development from senior staff at the company.
