$36–$40 per hour + Super | Truganina 
6-Month Contract with Strong View to Permanency

An excellent opportunity is available for a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join a well-established organisation operating within a large-scale facilities environment.

This is a 6-month temporary opportunity with a strong view to permanency, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, systems-driven environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.

Based full-time onsite in Truganina (8:00am – 4:00pm ish), you will work closely with the Head of Property, supporting the day-to-day coordination and administration of facilities, assets, and compliance documentation.

The Role
This is a heavy administrative position with a strong focus on systems, documentation, and coordination.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Property function
  • Monitoring and managing a shared property inbox, ensuring timely responses and actioning requests
  • Assisting with calendar management and coordination of meetings
  • Maintaining accurate records across asset management and maintenance systems
  • Supporting the organisation and tracking of compliance, contractor, and facilities documentation
  • Assisting with maintenance schedules, service records, and property-related reporting
  • Supporting system implementation and data entry across asset and facilities platforms
  • General administrative support across the broader team as required
About You
  • Previous experience in a property, facilities, or project administration role is highly regarded
  • Strong systems capability with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and manage data accurately
  • High attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to work
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Confident communication skills with a professional and proactive approach
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a high volume of administrative tasks
  • Full working rights required
