Position Overview
As the Psychologist, you will support participants across a diverse caseload, providing assessment and therapeutic intervention tailored to individual goals. You will work closely with participants, families and multidisciplinary team members to deliver evidence-based strategies that enhance emotional wellbeing, behavioural outcomes and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients across the lifespan
  • Complete psychological and behavioural assessments
  • Develop and implement tailored, person-centred intervention plans
  • Provide support for participants with disability, including complex needs
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Deliver strategies to families, carers and support staff
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports (NDIS aligned)
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
Qualifications
  • AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
  • Experience working within disability, community or NDIS settings (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice
