They are now seeking a Quality Business Partner to join their expanding Perth team.
About the Role
Reporting to the National Quality Manager, the Quality Business Partner will provide site-based quality support across multiple locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading quality assurance initiatives and system improvements
- Conducting audits, GMP/Gemba walks, and batch release testing
- Investigating customer complaints and supporting continuous improvement projects
- Ensuring compliance with ISO, HACCP, and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with Production, Operations, Procurement, and commercial teams
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or related manufacturing roles
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, HACCP, and quality systems
- Experience in audits, RCA investigations, batch release testing, or similar systems
- Analytical mindset to trend data, identify improvements, and implement solutions
- Collaborative approach with strong stakeholder engagement, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Lead auditor certification is advantageous
