About the Company
This organisation is a Queensland-based, TGA-licensed manufacturer operating across complementary and therapeutic product categories. The business has firmly in commercial mode – with capital investment flowing into new production infrastructure, a growing customer base, and exciting strategic partnerships taking shape both domestically and internationally.

With strong revenue growth forecast over the next 12–24 months and a pipeline of global opportunities in play, this is a business on the move – and this role sits at the heart of enabling that growth.

Culture & Values
This is a team that rolls their sleeves up. People here are curious, respectful, and commercially minded – they take pride in their work and are energised by what’s being built. The culture rewards those who are confident enough to lead, humble enough to learn, and motivated by the idea of growing alongside a business.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the QA Manager is a senior leadership appointment responsible for the quality function across the site. You will oversee a team of five, ensure TGA compliance across all manufacturing and packaging activities, and play an active role supporting formulation, regulatory matters, and in-house stability programs.

In your first six months, the focus will be on establishing clear workflow planning, embedding robust quality systems, and ensuring the site is set up to deliver reliably against production requirements. Beyond that, you will be a key voice in shaping how quality scales with the business.

This is a role for someone who is as comfortable in the detail as they are in a commercial conversation – someone who leads by example, develops their team, and understands that quality is an enabler of growth, not a barrier to it.

  • Maintain and strengthen TGA compliance across all site operations
  • Manage in-house stability programs across core product formats
  • Establish workflow planning and clear quality deliverables
  • Support formulation, regulatory and quality inputs on new products
  • Partner with the GM on commercial and customer-facing quality matters

  • Prepare the site for future operational scale-up

Skills & Experience
  • Senior quality leadership experience within a TGA-licensed environment
  • Strong working knowledge of GMP and TGA regulatory frameworks
  • Background in solid dose, capsule or complementary medicine manufacturing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and grow quality teams
  • Commercially minded with a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • Experience supporting stability programs and product development
  • Confident communicator across operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in science, pharmacy or related discipline

Benefits
  • Relocation assistance available for interstate candidates
  • Direct reporting line to GM – genuine influence at a senior level
  • Join at a pivotal moment in the business’s growth journey
  • Clear pathway for career growth as the business scales
  • Be part of a commercially driven team with global ambitions
