About the Role
Reporting to the Technical & Quality team, you will take ownership of quality systems and technical master data to ensure full compliance with BRC, FSANZ, and other regulatory standards. You will maintain product specifications, formulations, packaging data, and regulatory artwork compliance within SAP and related systems.
You will also manage supplier approvals, certifications, audits, and non-conformance processes while supporting NPD, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product integrity and compliance across the end-to-end supply chain.
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong technical and compliance capability within FMCG or food manufacturing:
• Tertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality, or related discipline
• Strong understanding of food regulatory frameworks (FSANZ, BRC, ACO, Halal, Kosher, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, Vegan)
• Experience in quality systems, technical master data, or compliance-focused roles
• Strong SAP experience and confidence managing complex product and specification data
• Experience with product specifications, formulation data, and packaging artwork compliance
• Proven experience managing audits, certifications, and supplier compliance processes
• Strong attention to detail with high-level documentation and data integrity skills
• Experience in food or beverage manufacturing highly regarded
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, marketing, supply chain, and production teams
