The Role
As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver a warm, professional and customer-centric experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering high-quality corporate reception and switchboard support
  • Greeting and hosting members, guests and senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating high-volume meeting room and video conference bookings (set-ups, AV, catering and room resets)
  • Managing the reception inbox, mail, couriers and deliveries
  • Overseeing office services and facilities, liaising with building management and suppliers
  • Managing stock and ordering for office, kitchen and Business Centre supplies
  • Coordinating bookings, invoicing, catering and presentation standards
  • Supporting internal events, initiatives and programs
  • Assisting with staff inductions, workplace amenities and employee experience initiatives
This role offers a blend of front-of-house visibility and back-office administration, with high stakeholder interaction and ongoing on-the-job learning.

About You

You’re confident, approachable and highly organised, with a genuine passion for service.

You’ll bring:
  • 3 years’ experience in corporate/professional services reception or office administration
  • Strong communication skills - articulate, polished and professional
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence working with senior leaders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to take initiative
  • Strong organisational skills and comfort managing varied requests
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A team-player attitude
