The Role
As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver a warm, professional and customer-centric experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality corporate reception and switchboard support
- Greeting and hosting members, guests and senior stakeholders
- Coordinating high-volume meeting room and video conference bookings (set-ups, AV, catering and room resets)
- Managing the reception inbox, mail, couriers and deliveries
- Overseeing office services and facilities, liaising with building management and suppliers
- Managing stock and ordering for office, kitchen and Business Centre supplies
- Coordinating bookings, invoicing, catering and presentation standards
- Supporting internal events, initiatives and programs
- Assisting with staff inductions, workplace amenities and employee experience initiatives
About You
You’re confident, approachable and highly organised, with a genuine passion for service.
You’ll bring:
- 3 years’ experience in corporate/professional services reception or office administration
- Strong communication skills - articulate, polished and professional
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence working with senior leaders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to take initiative
- Strong organisational skills and comfort managing varied requests
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- A team-player attitude
