This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a corporate head office.

The Opportunity Reporting into a supportive senior leader, you will take ownership of office coordination, facilities management, and administrative support across the organisation. As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and professional experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including front-of-house, meeting rooms, and shared spaces
  • Coordinate reception services including telephony, mail, and courier management
  • Oversee office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment ordering
  • Act as the key liaison for building management, cleaners, and external service providers
  • Manage visitor access, security passes, and contractor coordination
  • Support the processing of expenses, corporate credit card reconciliations, and finance administration
  • Provide administrative support across the wider Corporate Services and People & Culture functions
About You
  • Previous experience in an office coordination, facilities, reception or administration role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Professional presentation with a warm and approachable manner
