Our client is seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to provide administrative support to their tight-knit team. The ideal individual will have great interpersonal skills and will be keen to learn and develop their knowledge. You will be confident in communication and comfortable working in a busy environment where you can manage and prioritise several tasks at once.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Meet and greet visitors and members in a professional manner
- Answer and respond to a high volume of switchboard calls
- Manage and update all reception documents
- Manage the reception email inbox
- Manage meeting room booking requests and coordinate bookings
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area
- Updating and maintaining various internal databases to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Ad hoc administration duties as required.
Experience working in a similar Reception role, as well as:
- Demonstrated experience operating a busy switchboard
- Friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to work in a high volume, team environment
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Maintaining a professional manner whilst performing under-pressure
- Attention to detail
