About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to provide administrative support to their tight-knit team. The ideal individual will have great interpersonal skills and will be keen to learn and develop their knowledge. You will be confident in communication and comfortable working in a busy environment where you can manage and prioritise several tasks at once.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Meet and greet visitors and members in a professional manner
  • Answer and respond to a high volume of switchboard calls
  • Manage and update all reception documents
  • Manage the reception email inbox
  • Manage meeting room booking requests and coordinate bookings
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area
  • Updating and maintaining various internal databases to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
  • Ad hoc administration duties as required.
Skills and Experience
Experience working in a similar Reception role, as well as:
  • Demonstrated experience operating a busy switchboard
  • Friendly, positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Ability to work in a high volume, team environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Maintaining a professional manner whilst performing under-pressure
  • Attention to detail
