About the role
Our client is on the hunt for an exceptional Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. This dynamic role provides the opportunity to make the role your own. This role will suit someone with Reception experience who is happy to take on Administration tasks and develop your skills. The successful candidate will have had prior experience providing support in an accounting firm or professional services environment, be highly personable, have excellent customer service skills and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Working as an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Answer and respond to all reception calls
- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage room bookings
- Organise catering for meetings and events
- Manage mail, printing, scanning and filing
- Maintain office supplies
- Arrange travel for staff as necessary
- Various ad-hoc duties as required
The ideal individual will have at least relative experience in an accounting professional services firm. As well as:
- Knowledge of ASIC is an advantage
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
