About the role

Reporting to a fun and inspiring Executive Assistant, this role manages a busy and professional Front Of House area and is responsible for creating a unique and positive first impression for all visitors to the business. You will be responsible for handling calls and queries, welcoming guests, and varied Administration support to assist a fast-paced team who take a lot of pride in what they do. You will be exposed to all areas of the business and be a people-person who enjoys developing relationships, with the aim to support and help others. This role is exciting and varied, and offers future career progression opportunities. Responsibilities

As a polished and confident Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the face of the business and will play a pivotal role in its success and interactions with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;
  • Director of first impressions in creating a welcoming Office area, greeting all guests, managing meeting rooms and board rooms
  • Answering and responding to all calls and queries
  • Updating and maintaining internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Taking bookings and passing on messages
  • Ordering all office supplies and stationery
  • Preparing all reception documents as well as ad hoc reporting
  • Finance administration, processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Printing, filing and scanning

Skills / Experience

You will have 2 – 3+ years’ experience in a similar role gained in a Professional/Corporate Environment. Other necessary key skills/experience include;
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in a Receptionist/Administration role in a corporate environment
  • Previous experience in property or construction will be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
  • Autonomous and motivated approach to work with the attitude that no task is too big or too small
  • Team-player with a positive and social disposition
