They are now seeking a Recruitment Administrator to play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day recruitment delivery. This position works closely with stakeholders to ensure roles are accurately defined, advertised, sourced and progressed efficiently, while maintaining strong candidate and client communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily recruitment operations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders and customers
- Compile detailed and accurate job descriptions
- Post and manage advertisements across recruitment platforms and internal systems
- Source, shortlist and qualify candidates using CRM databases and online platforms
- Coordinate recruitment workflows and support internal recruitment processes
- Liaise with clients and candidates to ensure clarity and alignment
- Maintain compliance across job documentation, contracts and safety requirements
- Support internal teams to ensure smooth, efficient recruitment delivery
- Recruitment or sales experience highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills
- Proactive, energetic and motivated to work hard and be rewarded

- Comfortable working across recruitment systems and platforms
- Experience with Bullhorn, SEEK, LinkedIn or Idibu is advantageous
