Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end recruitment across high‑volume blue‑collar roles (HD Fitters, trades, site‑based roles)
- Managing a high‑pace, high‑volume workflow
- Working closely with a team of 4
- Strong experience in blue‑collar recruitment or high-volume recruitment
- Confident, capable, and able to deliver quickly
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments
- Able to work onsite full‑time
- Interested in a temp‑to‑perm opportunity if the alignment is right
