You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle while ensuring employees are fully mobilised and site-ready. This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines stakeholder engagement, candidate management, workforce planning and mobilisation coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment across shutdown, rostered maintenance and ad hoc white-collar positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce requirements
- Source candidates through a variety of traditional and innovative recruitment channels
- Conduct phone screens, candidate assessments and interview coordination
- Manage offer processes and candidate communications
- Coordinate the full mobilisation process, including; medicals and clearances, licences and tickets, police clearances, VOC checks, PPE coordination, etc
- Manage onboarding activities and ensure candidates are site-ready
- Attend site as required to support onboarding and inductions (monthly site visits required) to meet new starters and build strong operational relationships
- Manage recruitment and mobilisation activities within a highly manual environment
- Utilise spreadsheets and trackers to monitor workforce activity
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and candidate experience
- Contribute ideas to support the future growth and scalability of the function
- Previous experience in fast-paced, blue-collar recruitment (essential)
- Experience within an industrial, construction, mining or resource environment (highly desirable)
- Mobilisation experience highly regarded
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and mobilisation activities simultaneously
- Comfortable working within manual processes and spreadsheet-based environments
- Able to travel to site as required
