This rapidly expanding Western Australian civil construction contractor delivers critical infrastructure projects across major mining operations. With continued growth and project demand, they are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to step in and take ownership of recruitment delivery across the business.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you will be responsible for ensuring critical site‑based roles are filled quickly and effectively, directly supporting project continuity and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple active vacancies
• Write and post job advertisements and proactively source candidates
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and support managers with hiring decisions
• Manage offers, contracts and onboarding processes
• Coordinate pre‑employment checks including medicals and compliance
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand roles
• Identify opportunities to improve and optimise internal processes 

About You

• Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal)
• Experience in blue‑collar or high‑volume recruitment environments (highly desirable)
• Proactive, organised and able to work autonomously
