Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple active vacancies
- Write and post job advertisements and proactively source candidates
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and support managers with hiring decisions
- Manage offers, contracts and onboarding processes
- Coordinate pre‑employment checks including medicals and compliance
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand roles
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimise internal processes
- Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Experience in blue‑collar or high‑volume recruitment environments (highly desirable)
- Proactive, organised and able to work autonomously
