About the role: 

Reporting to the HR Manager, and having exposure to all parts of the business, this is a position that will allow the successful individual to positively impact the core business functions. The ideal candidate will have had experience in a similar HR or Recruitment role, be energetic, passionate and have the ability to problem solve as well as experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
  • End to end recruitment process
  • Creating and placing job advertisements 
  • Reviewing and updating position descriptions with hiring managers  Assisting our leaders in shortlisting candidates
  • Managing talent pools
  • Build talent networks to source passive and active candidates
  • Coordinating pre-employment screening processes where required
  • Coordinating interviews 
  • Documenting interviews
  • Management of relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Assisting Payroll by providing relevant employee information
  • Monitoring key dates within the business
  • Updating systems as required
  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested
Skills / Experience:

Experience working in a similar Recruitment/ HR Coordinator role will be highly regarded as well as:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification or at least 2 years experience internally or agency recruitment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Overall great team player
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Discretion in relation to confidential information
