We are partnering with a leading national healthcare organisation to appoint a Regional Facilities Manager responsible for a diverse portfolio of healthcare, laboratory and specialist clinical facilities across NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities professional to join a growing organisation undergoing significant transformation and investment across its property portfolio.

You will take ownership of approximately 20 sites, managing all aspects of facilities operations, compliance, contractor performance and project delivery.

This is a highly autonomous role requiring a strong operator who can build relationships, influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across a geographically dispersed portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations across a portfolio of healthcare and laboratory sites
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs
• Manage contractor performance, service delivery and compliance
• Deliver minor capital works, refurbishments and fit-out projects
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Partner with operational stakeholders to identify and resolve facilities-related issues
• Support ongoing property, sustainability and asset management initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement across facilities processes and service delivery

About You To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios
• Strong knowledge of facilities management, contractor management and compliance requirements
• Experience delivering facilities-related projects, refurbishments or capital works
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
• Healthcare, laboratory, aged care or other highly regulated industry experience will be highly regarded
