- Provide comprehensive midwifery care across the continuum—antenatal, birth suite, and postnatal.
- Collaborate with obstetric, medical, and allied health teams to deliver safe, patient‑centred care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold public health service protocols.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support best-practice maternity standards.
- Foster positive, compassionate, family-focused experiences for women and newborns.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife (or RN/RM).
- Experience in antenatal, intrapartum, and/or postnatal care within an acute setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
