About the Role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Registered Nurse – Emergency to provide exceptional care to patients presenting with diverse and acute clinical needs. You will work within a high-performing multidisciplinary environment, contributing to excellent patient outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, timely, and high‑quality emergency nursing care across triage, fast track, acute, resuscitation, and short‑stay areas.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, initiate interventions, and evaluate outcomes in line with current ED clinical guidelines and escalation frameworks.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team—ED consultants, registrars, ENs, ANUMs, allied health, and ambulance services—to optimise patient flow and care outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adhere to all legislative, safety, and infection‑prevention requirements.
  • Contribute actively to quality improvement, clinical audits, and initiatives that support excellence in emergency care delivery.

About You  
To succeed in this role, you will have: 
  • Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1).
  • Demonstrated experience in an Emergency Department, including exposure to resuscitation and high‑acuity care.
  • Strong critical‑thinking, clinical assessment, and escalation skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a patient‑centred approach.
  • Commitment to professional development and adherence to evidence‑informed practice.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cohesively within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
