We are partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join a busy, supportive Emergency Department. About the Role As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute and complex conditions. You will work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centred care within a busy Emergency Department.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Respond effectively in emergency and critical situations.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards.

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent Emergency Department nursing experience.
• Triage and/or ALS certification (highly regarded).
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
