The Opportunity As a Scrub Scout Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care while supporting a wide range of surgical procedures in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating theatres and surgical equipment.
• Scrub and scout for a variety of surgical specialties.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists and the wider theatre team.
• Deliver exceptional patient-centred care throughout the perioperative journey.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with hospital policies.

About You To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent experience as a Scrub Scout Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated ability to work across a range of surgical specialties (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to patient safety.
• Passion for delivering high-quality perioperative care.
