About the role
As a key regulatory compliance, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work across a broad mix of activities—from administering applications to supporting communications and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Reviewing applications and supporting participants through onboarding and compliance processes
- Managing customer enquiries and shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and supporting reporting activities
- Drafting clear and engaging communications for internal and external audiences
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve systems, processes, and documentation
- Supporting program initiatives, projects, and ongoing improvements
- Building positive relationships with stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Experience in compliance administration or similar customer focussed environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Confidence working with stakeholders and handling enquiries independently
- Solid digital skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
