The Position 

Reporting to the Executive of People & Culture, you will manage the remuneration and benefits offering of the organisation to ensure it is fit for purpose, aligns to industry standards and supports the attraction and retention of highly skilled staff. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the People & Culture reporting framework including internal and external reporting requirements and providing high quality HR metrics as required.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of remuneration and benefits including salary planning, market analysis, job design, vendor relationship management and other services;
  • Liaise with the reporting and analytics team to improve quality of people reporting, specific people & culture dashboards, compliance requirements, and prepare WGEA yearly reports to meet funder workforce data requirements;
  • Manage and maintain organisational chart information to improve quality of payroll and reporting, manage the position description templates and resources, and educate people leaders to use templates via phone based coaching or workshops;
  • Provide advice and support to HR Business Partners and people leaders with performance management and remuneration cycles.
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in remuneration management and human resources reporting for multi-site businesses – experience within a Not for Profit or charitable organisation will come highly regarded;
  • Working knowledge of job evaluation methodology including job grading and banding, and experience managing remuneration and performance cycles and related projects;
  • Strong data analysis and reporting experience including working with HRIS systems and Power BI to produce high level reports for senior stakeholders;
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources, management or related business discipline;
  • Strong professional focus on building and maintaining positive and productive relationships with key stakeholders, staff and people leaders.
