This role will suit someone with experience in reward or compensation who is looking to deepen their technical capability and take more ownership across end-to-end reward processes.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across reward, payroll and HR, you’ll support key annual cycles across remuneration, incentives, benefits and reporting in a role that offers strong exposure and genuine development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end annual remuneration review and performance cycles across ANZ
- Coordinate incentive and bonus processes, including reporting, calculations and employee communications
- Assist with market benchmarking, remuneration analysis and reward reporting
- Support employee benefits administration and vendor coordination across ANZ
- Prepare reward insights, reporting and supporting documentation for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate compliance activity including remuneration reporting, audits and regulatory submissions
- Maintain reward data integrity and support quality control across key reward processes
- Contribute to process improvement across reward, reporting and broader people operations
- 2+ years’ experience in reward, compensation, benefits or HR operations
- Exposure to remuneration review cycles, incentives or reward reporting
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data
- Comfortable managing sensitive information with accuracy and discretion
- Proactive, organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder skills and willingness to take ownership
