Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support various teams across the business. This full time role will focus on providing efficient administrative support, managing day-to-day tasks, and contributing to the success of our sales and rental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Update systems with incoming and outgoing stock, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and any issues related to sales or rentals.
- Handle general office tasks, including filing, updating databases, and supporting internal departments as needed.
- Ensure all relevant documents are processed according to company policies and assist with regular reporting and audits.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role (experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
