Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM data integrity
- Qualify and follow up warm leads
- Book appointments for the Business Development Manager
- Prepare quotes, pricing updates, and sales documentation
- Manage shared inboxes and sales administration tasks
- Generate sales activity and pipeline reports
- Manage inbound sales calls and web enquiries
- Liaise with operations regarding service feasibility and pricing
- 2+ years' experience in sales administration, internal sales, or data centric customer service
- Strong CRM and data entry skills
- High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Industry experience within construction, waste management, logistics, or industrial services will be highly advantageous
