The Opportunity:

Our client is a well-established organisation seeking an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator to join their busy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers, supporting sales processes, and ensuring the smooth coordination of orders from enquiry through to delivery.

Working closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders from receipt through to completion.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and supporting documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Liaise with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and internal systems.
  • Monitor outstanding orders and proactively communicate updates.
  • Assist the sales team with reporting, administration, and account support.
  • Provide general administrative assistance across the office as required.

About You:
  • Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Internal Sales, or Order Processing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience within manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, or industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
