• Provide telephone and email support to field sales team, dealers, service centres and end users.
• Handle the processing of sales orders and spare parts with accuracy and timeliness
• Co-ordinate order despatch with off-site warehouses.
• Liaise with National Sales Manager to prioritise monthly sales tactics, ensuring stock allocations and critical delivery windows are met
• Respond to warranty matters or complaints from dealers or end users, and liaise with technical departments appropriately.
• Recommend cross-sell or upsell opportunities to dealers
• Monitor company website to ensure most accurate information available to end users and dealers.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related collateral or promotional materials
• Monitor company sales performance, identify shortfalls and recommend actions

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a sales co-ordinator or in another commercial administrative position will be considered a plus.
• Experience in audio / video retail would also be well regarded.
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Well-organised and responsible, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player with high degree of dedication
