Our client is a leading service provider to the residential construction industry. They partner with volume, townhouse and custom builders and have established strong relationship with blue chip clients in this sector. Due to business growth and a significant pipeline of work for 2022, they are looking for a sales consultant to join the group and manage existing accounts.
The Role
Reporting to a Senior Manager Sales Manager you will be responsible for
- Account management of existing accounts.
- Regular meetings with customers to understand their requirements.
- Work with senior management to identify new opportunities in the market.
- Attend regular industry networking events.
- Analysis of the residential construction industry.
This role will suit someone that has sales experience working in the construction industry either at building supplies, design, or construction companies. It is essential that you can understand client briefs and deliver successful solutions to customers. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
