The Opportunity - Enterprise Sales Development Representative
This is a strategic enterprise BDR role focused on breaking into large, high-value accounts and building meaningful pipeline from scratch.
Working closely with senior sales leaders, you’ll take a targeted, account-based approach, mapping organisations, engaging multiple stakeholders, and opening doors into complex buying environments.
It’s a role suited to someone who enjoys the challenge of enterprise sales: longer cycles, higher-value deals, and the opportunity to engage with senior decision-makers across multiple functions.

Pipeline Generation & Prospecting - Build and generate qualified outbound pipeline within enterprise accounts (Over 1000 headcount businesses).
- Identify and engage stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and Operations
- Secure high-quality meetings for senior sales stakeholder
- Craft personalised messaging relevant to industry and business context.
- Maintain consistent follow-up across longer, complex sales cycles
- Work closely with sales teams to refine messaging and approach
- Share insights and feedback to improve conversion rates and strategy
- 1+ year experience in outbound sales / lead generation within tech/SaaS as an SDR/BDR
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, self-starting approach
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exposure to HR or HR tech
