The Role – Territory Sales Leader
$180K Base + Super
Car Allowance + Annual Bonus
You’ll take full ownership of one of the business’ four key divisions – this is a team that is performing well, but they’re not a well-oiled machine yet, and there’s a lot of opportunity to tap into. You’re walking into something with huge potential, and full license to reshape it.
What You’ll Own:
- Designing the GTM strategy – how they sell, who they target, and how they win
- Rebuilding the sales motion – shifting from reactive to proactive, hunter-led revenue
- Redesigning incentives – introducing a commission structure from scratch
- Restructuring the team – coaching, upgrading, and building for performance
- Unlocking new revenue streams – especially across underutilised hire channels
- Driving national growth – moving beyond a NSW-heavy footprint

What They’re Looking For:
- Strong experience leading B2B sales teams, ideally nationally.
- A builder, not a caretaker. Full P&L ownerships, designing GTM strategy, trialling new creative avenues and sales methods.
- Proven experience transforming or scaling sales teams, training and coaching teams as well as performance managing dispersed teams.
- Comfortable leading through change (and a bit of ambiguity)
- Hands-on, credible manager who leads from the front.
