About the role
- Develop, mentor and motivate a high performing sales team of 10 across Metro and Inner West
- Drive individual and your own personal sales of new home and development sales
- Initiate developer networking and event scheduling activities
- Implement sales strategies, training programs and sales structure
- Be instrumental in taking the business through a positive cultural change management journey
Skills & experience
- A strong successful career history in the Home Builder sales market
- A successful track record in the north-west or west of Melbourne is highly desirable
- 3+ years sales management experience
- Strong leadership skills driving culture and high operational performance
- Possess a great deal of initiative and passion to sit on the senior leadership team and drive the business
- A fulfilling role that has the balance of team management and personal sales targets
- Sit on the leadership team and create own vision and business plan
- Strong uncapped commission earning potential
- Report to the General Manager who has ambitious growth plans
