We are partnering with a well-established, global organisation in the building and construction sector to recruit a Sales Support Officer / Administrator to support their APAC operations.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that plays a key part in supporting sales activity, managing inbound enquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple internal teams. You’ll be working across a broad range of responsibilities, with exposure to sales, marketing, logistics, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Enquiries
- Respond to and triage inbound enquiries
- Allocate and track leads through the CRM (Salesforce)
- Maintain accurate data and pipeline visibility
- Prepare quotes and support sales opportunities
- Act as a key contact for customer and project enquiries
- Coordinate samples, brochures, and technical materials
- Support marketing campaigns and collateral preparation
- Liaise with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage documentation, including shipment and export records
- Coordinate sales activities, travel, and trade shows
- Provide general administrative and reporting support
- Experience in sales support, internal sales, or customer service
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exposure to construction, building materials, or working with specifiers is advantageous
