Sharp and Carter partnering with a well-established Perth-based organisation to recruit an experienced Salesforce Administrator. In this role you will own and enhance their CRM platform and support ongoing business growth.

This is a hands-on role working across sales, operations, finance, and customer service to improve processes, drive automation, and deliver accurate, actionable reporting.

The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and ongoing improvement of Salesforce, including:
  • Platform administration (users, security, objects, fields, workflows, Flows)
  • Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and automation
  • Gathering requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Improving business processes through optimisation and automation
  • Supporting data integrity, governance, and system documentation
  • Assisting with integrations, data management, and user support

About You
  • 3+ years' Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Strong hands-on configuration skills (Flows, reports, dashboards, security, validation rules)
  • Confident engaging with business stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and data accuracy focus
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have:
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
  • Exposure to Power BI or integration tools
