This is a hands-on role working across sales, operations, finance, and customer service to improve processes, drive automation, and deliver accurate, actionable reporting.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration and ongoing improvement of Salesforce, including:
- Platform administration (users, security, objects, fields, workflows, Flows)
- Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and automation
- Gathering requirements and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Improving business processes through optimisation and automation
- Supporting data integrity, governance, and system documentation
- Assisting with integrations, data management, and user support
About You
- 3+ years' Salesforce Administrator experience
- Strong hands-on configuration skills (Flows, reports, dashboards, security, validation rules)
- Confident engaging with business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and data accuracy focus
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Exposure to Power BI or integration tools
