Sharp & Carter has been exclusively engaged by a leading Australian Healthcare and Retail organisation to source a high-calibre and technically strong senior finance professional for a business-critical project with an immediate start.
In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the SAP Implementation Project Manager as the Finance Lead, focussing on mapping out current finance processes, identifying issues and gaps to assist the SAP Project Team with implementation. You will also be responsible for developing a change management plan to mitigate any processes or issues for going live, whilst also being responsible to design and implement the new processes in conjunction with the SAP project team. Being an integral part to the SAP implementation team this is a key role providing support and technical knowledge to regional and Group Finance with in regards to the impact to the current finance structures, providing coaching and assistance.
Skills and Experience
- Proven SAP implementation experience
- Led Change Management within Finance
- Strong technical finance knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 10+ years of experience, within a senior finance role
- CA/CPA qualified
