Support accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance across funded projects while providing financial insight to support operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting for projects and funding arrangements, including revenue and cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and funding requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support
- Prepare regular financial reports, including performance analysis and variance reporting
- Monitor and escalate financial risks and issues
- Assist with accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end processes
- Contribute to process improvements and general finance activities
- Relevant accounting qualification (e.g. CA/CPA or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in project or funding environments (desirable)
